Two Conditions for Wise Memory Optimizer to Run Automatically

The question about whether Wise Memory Optimizer will run automatically depends on the user's setting and use of the program.
The program will run automatically if the following two conditions are met at the same time:

1. When the available memory is lower than the value set by the user;
Users can drag and set the value according to their needs, and the system default setting is generally around 35%

2. When the CPU is idle;
When the CPU is idle, the definition is that the CPU is less than 5% and lasts for a period of time (generally the default is more than 5 minutes)

If the user's program is not automatically optimized, it may not meet the above two conditions or only meet one of the conditions.
