3 Steps to Enable Ultimate Performance in Windows 10 1803

As of the end of May, a half of Windows 10 user (all Windows 10 version) have been updated to the latest April Updates (version 1803), this version new added a Power plan named Ultimate Performance. But when we open Power Options there is only 2 or 3 normal power plans, Power Saver, Balanced, and High Performance. Where is Ultimate Performance?

Microsoft says Ultimate is only for Windows Enterprise and Workstation, it means other Windows 10 version (Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Education) don’t have Ultimate Performance option. Is it possible to enable Ultimate Performance in these un-supported Windows 10 versions? The answer is YES, and very easy to do it.

Step 1, Press Win + S, type powershell, right click it and select Run as administrator.

Step 2, Type this command (I recommend to copy and paste it in case you type incorrect letters)
             Powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

If you type correct command, you will see this result
Step 3, Open Power Options, and you can see Ultimate Performance.

Experience it now! But if you are using a laptop, I don't recommend to choose Ultimate Performance.
