    After paying for my full version I have not received my access code. I have been told it has been sent, it hasn't. Tried and tried to contact to get the code to no avail. Been told it is in spam and that's it and the only contact I have been able to make I've been told it is in Spam, it is not. send it now or give me back my money!.
